簡短版本：ZingIME 提供 14 天免費試用（免綁信用卡）， 讓你在付費前充分評估。因此，授權序號一經購買並啟用後，原則上恕不退款。

先試用，再購買

你可以在購買前免費試用 ZingIME 完整功能 14 天，不需要信用卡。 建議在試用期內確認順手、合用，再決定是否購買 —— 這也是我們不另外提供購買後退款期的原因。下載與試用見 安裝指南。

退款規則

• 因為購買前已提供完整免費試用，授權序號一經購買並啟用後，原則上不予退款。
• 例外：若你遇到我們無法協助解決的真實問題，請來信 [email protected] （附上購買時的 Email 或訂單編號），我們會妥善處理。

金流與退款處理

交易由 Lemon Squeezy（merchant of record，法律上的銷售方）處理：

• 你的信用卡帳單上，扣款名目會顯示為 Lemon Squeezy。
• 跨國稅務與各地消費者法規的合規，由 Lemon Squeezy 負責處理。
• 為避免爭議款（chargeback），Lemon Squeezy 保留於購買後一定期間內、 依其自身政策裁量退款的權利；若發生此情況，對應的授權序號將同時失效。

退款後的序號

若有退款發生，對應的授權序號會失效，ZingIME 會回到未授權 / 試用狀態。

ZingIME offers a 14-day free trial (no credit card required) so you can fully evaluate the software before paying. Therefore, once a license key has been purchased and activated, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

Exception: if you run into a genuine problem we cannot help you resolve, email [email protected] with your purchase email or order number and we'll make it right.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Charges appear as “Lemon Squeezy” on your statement, and Lemon Squeezy handles international tax and local consumer-law compliance. To prevent chargebacks, Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue a refund at its own discretion within a limited period after purchase; if that happens, the associated license key will be deactivated.
