本條款規範你使用 ZingIME（晶晶輸入法，以下稱「本軟體」）的權利與義務。 下載、安裝或購買本軟體，即表示你同意本條款。

1. 授權

• 購買後你取得個人、非專屬、不可轉售的使用授權。
• 單機版：一組序號可啟用一台 Mac；雙機版：一組序號可啟用兩台 Mac。
• 你可依序號轉移說明把序號移到自己的新電腦，但不得轉售或分享序號給他人。

2. 使用限制

不得對本軟體進行反向工程、破解或再散布，不得散布或公開序號，亦不得規避試用 / 授權機制。

3. 免費試用

本軟體提供 14 天免費試用（免綁信用卡）。試用結束未購買時，付費功能將停用。

4. 付款與退款

購買透過 Lemon Squeezy（merchant of record，法律上的銷售方）完成。 退款條件見退款政策 —— 因已提供完整免費試用，序號購買並啟用後原則上恕不退款。

5. 智慧財產權

本軟體及其內容之智慧財產權屬 ZingIME Studio 所有。 本軟體使用之開源元件與其授權見授權說明。

6. 免責聲明

本軟體以「現狀」提供，不附任何明示或默示之擔保；我們不保證本軟體完全無誤或在所有環境皆能運作。

7. 責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們對因使用或無法使用本軟體所生之任何損害不負責任；如有賠償責任，總額以你實際支付之金額為上限。

8. 隱私

我們不蒐集、不上傳你的輸入內容，詳見隱私聲明。

9. 條款變更

我們可能不時更新本條款，更新後將公告於本頁。

10. 準據法

本條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋。透過 Lemon Squeezy 完成的交易，另適用 Lemon Squeezy 的買家條款。

These terms govern your use of ZingIME (the “Software”). By downloading, installing, or purchasing the Software, you agree to these terms.

1. License. Your purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-resellable license. The Single license activates one Mac; the Double license activates two Macs. You may move your key to your own new computer per the license-transfer guide, but you may not resell or share license keys.

2. Restrictions. You may not reverse-engineer, crack, or redistribute the Software or its license keys, nor circumvent the trial / licensing mechanism.

3. Free trial. The Software includes a 14-day free trial (no credit card required). Paid features stop working if the trial ends without a purchase.

4. Payment & refunds. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record). See the Refund Policy: because a full free trial is provided, all sales are generally final once a license key is purchased and activated.

5. Intellectual property. The Software and its contents are owned by ZingIME Studio. Open-source components and their licenses are listed on the License page.

6. Disclaimer. The Software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software; any liability is capped at the amount you actually paid.

8. Privacy. We do not collect or upload your input. See the Privacy page.

9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; updates are posted on this page.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Transactions completed through Lemon Squeezy are also subject to Lemon Squeezy’s buyer terms.
